About the quest

What's the point?

The quest is a filter. We want people who are willing to spend at least 15 minutes building something after work not just showing up to consume.

It's also a discussion starter for the first meeting. Everyone will share how they solved it. The more creative the solution, the better — clever hacks and unexpected approaches are strongly encouraged. Following meetings are organized by the members.

The challenge is described in plain English and changes every time. You'll need to parse the question and respond with a single word or number. Your approach is up to you.

The 5 min – 12 hr delivery window prevents brute-forcing the answer by resubmitting.

What we do

Show & tell, every month

Monthly demos + a private Discord where the crew hangs out between sessions. (Schedule TBD)

Format
~5 min demo of what you built, then a quick chat. No slides. Share your screen and talk.
Topics
Anything you built. AI agents, CLI tools, automations, browser extensions, weird hardware hacks — if you made it and it works (or almost works), we want to see it.

$ ready?

Build weird stuff after hours? Same.
